Product didn't match the picture that was on the product profile. Tried contacting the seller and there was no number on the invoice. Searched online for the seller on the invoice and found their number but nobody answered on all times of the day.

I wear a 10.5 or 11, but in these boots a 10 would have fit just right. They do look good, but I had to return them.
